Their comprehensive car insurance cover does include protection against fire, theft and accidents.  On top of this other benefits include cover of up to 90 days driving abroad in the EU, covering for any personal belongings if stolen from your car or damaged.  All approved claims being guaranteed for up to 3 years and the benefit of a hire car should your car be stolen, damaged or written off.  With the added benefit of RAC breakdown, key care and legal protection all part and parcel of this policy.  

The site itself is relatively easy to use, and since there is no jargon about other products and offers it is certainly one of the better sites out there in terms of simplicity.  Simply click on get a quote, fill in the details eg. Name, address, date of birth and vehicle registration.  This will then take you through to a second window where you will be asked to fill in the type of license you have and for how long you have had your license ie. 9 years.  It will then go on to ask you about any additional drivers you may want on your policy, any claims and convictions you may have and then onto what type of cover you will be requiring ie.  Fully comprehensive or third party fire and theft.  You will then move on to the next window, which will be your quote.  If you are happy with your quote then you can move on to purchasing your cover.  Unlike most of the other insurers Marks and Spencers simply offer their own insurance, so it may not be considered the cheapest but as mentioned above their concentration and focus is mainly on the product being a quality product.
